It includes contributions for the students’ union, student council, enrolment and re-registration fees as well as the cost of the semester ticket for using public transport in the Berlin-Brandenburg area (VBB).

You have to pay this fee for each semester you study. You pay in advance, for the upcoming semester at the end of the current semester. Installments are not possible.

Dormitory: StudierendenWERK Berlin is a popular choice for students with 9,500 rooms and apartments in 33 dormitories,affordable housing and is available to students at any Berlin university. Rooms that become vacant are allocated according to a waiting list. The current waiting period is 2 to 3 semesters.
