The EIIE pathway offers a rolling intake throughout the year. Students must be enrolled in an A2 course to begin the process.

The minimum time period is usually between 2-4 weeks.

There are no tuition fees at Ernst Abbe University Jena, however there is a semester fee due at the beginning of each semester from €200 - €300 that includes transportation tickets and a student culture ticket.

The semester fee must be paid at the beginning of your studies and must then be paid for each following semester.

The campus includes a very modern infrastructure, a canteen, and a gym for students.

There are many types of housing: whether a 5-person shared apartment, a room in a student housing complex of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen or your own rented apartment.

Yes, you can apply for a place to live online at an early and independently of any confirmation of a place at university.

There are several staff members over the International Student office, including a General Social Advice Service & Psychosocial counseling.
